The knowledge gained and burning passion to embody a more conscious lifestyle, has been carefully crafted into a foodie experience that you can share with friends and family for years to come.

Growing up in a food-centric family, the curiosity to experiment with flavour runs deep. With influence from the family run bakery, Eddy completed a professional cookery course straight out of school. With his love for cooking overshadowed by the imbalanced lifestyle that often accompanies the life of a chef, Eddy found himself at a crossroads. For now, he decided not to pursue food as a career, but instead revel in it as a hobby.
Eddy’s obsession for the outdoors has been long standing but cooking over fire evolved in recent years during lockdown. With time to spare, he threw himself into a journey of discovery, finding that despite the disconnect to the outside world, the process of cooking on coals allowed him to connect from day to day in a more considered and purposeful manner.
Once again at a crossroads, this time with a road map on how to build a balanced life as a cook and not a chef, Fade Projects was born.

Annie is the vibrant force behind all Fade Feast experiences. With her decade-long residence in London as a professional actor and now as a wedding and event planner, Annie infuses meticulous execution with her warm and inviting manner at every gathering.
Whilst in London, Annie gained a wealth of experience from diverse corners of the culinary world, spanning from humble steak houses to Michelin-starred establishments. This experience allows Eddy to focus entirely on the fire and your food. Not only a hosting aficionado, Annie is an avid recipe tester, ensuring that every dish served by Fade Projects is nothing short of mouthwatering perfection.
As Eddy’s better half, Annie also takes care of making sure that Fade Projects has some sort of presence online. If it was down to Eddy, they’d be living in a cabin totally off-grid without even a phone.
Oh! Annie also has an incredibly beautiful singing voice, so if the vibe is right and you’re lucky enough to hear her sing, you’re in for a real treat.
