• How to effectively light your Big Green Egg or any other brand of ceramic BBQ.

• Learn the following techniques: Reverse searing, searing on a variety of surfaces, cooking dirty, plancha cooking, baking and pan cooking.

• How to maintain your Big Green Egg for optimal future use.

• Eddy will arrive at 09:30am with the class starting at 10am.

• The class will cover 8 different dishes.

• The class will run until 4pm (ish).

• Ingredients list will be sent out two weeks before the event, you can buy your ingredients and produce from your favourite suppliers.

• We always recommend supporting your local independent stores where possible.

Option Two

£850.00

• All ingredients and produce will be sourced and provided by the Fade Projects Team from our local community of butchers, farmers and local stores.

• The course is ideal for 1-2 people in order to get the most out of the course.

• Maxium for the course is 6 people

• The course is designed that the client very much does the work, and learns the skills.

• There will be tasting throughout the day and a short break for lunch.

• You will be well fed!

• If you have more than 6 people have a look at Fade Feasts.

• The answer is no.

• We can bring our own fire cooking equipment to your space if needed. We will need to discuss the space and set up in a consultation call.

• We can also work on other Kamado style BBQs.

To secure your preferred date, there is a non-refundable booking fee of £200.00 which is deducted from the total cost.

Full payment is required no later than 14 days prior to the day of the event.

We are happy to travel anywhere, however, the client will be charged £0.55p per mile, which will be included in the final payment invoice plus any congestion, parking or accommodation charges. Fade Projects home is located in Cheltenham.

We ask that the client provides the charcoal for the day.
