Nic is the master of everything Big Green Egg, and my main inspiration for starting Fade Projects. 

Meat Smoke Fire is the place to go for all your BBQ accessories. Nic only stocks the very best products, which he personally tests out. My personal favourite is the Horl Knife sharpener.  

Nic has a number of Big Green Eggs, along with all sorts of other fire cooking setups. His knowledge is insane, and most importantly he’s a seriously decent bloke. So if you’re looking to buy a Big Green Egg, then Nic is your man.

I was lucky enough to have Julie run a day course for me back in 2021, we literally cooked all day on two mini max’s before a load of my friends turned up to scoff down all our hard work! I was instantly hooked. Julie runs and organises the private classes for Meat Smoke Fire, and if she can’t make the date or it makes geographical sense, you might be stuck with me.
